How to exchange your item

  • Fill in the required fields and your order details with the issue of the product as comment

  • Once the exchange request has been submitted, you will get a confirmation email from our team with shipping details. All products must be returned unused and all tags and labels should be attached.

  • Once collected, it will arrive at our warehouse for a quality check.

  • In the case of exchanges, the new item(s) will be shipped out within 2-3 working days after the quality check is approved.

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • The product has not been worn, washed, cleaned, or tampered with.

  • All brand tags, original packaging materials, and accompanying accessories are intact and have not been altered, damaged, or discarded.

  • The product has not been altered in any way unless proven to have a vendor defect.

  • The return or exchange request is initiated against the original order, and the product matches our records.

  • There are no stains, foul odors, perfumes, dents, scratches, tears, or any other damage to the product.

  • If purchased as a set, all items must be returned together as a complete set.

  • The product must be in unused, undamaged, unwashed, and saleable condition.

  • Our team will assess the returned product, and we reserve the right to reject the request if the item does not meet the above conditions.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. The cost of returning the product will not be covered by Alwayshue.
