At AlwaysHue, every T-shirt is printed just for you — made to order with care. Because of the nature of print-on-demand, we do not hold stock or resell returned items. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
We accept return or replacement requests only if:
You receive an incorrect product (wrong size, color, or design)
There is a defect in the fabric or print
The item was damaged in transit
Please note: Minor color variations due to lighting or screen brightness are not considered defects.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags intact
It must be returned in the same condition it was received — including original inner and outer packaging
We recommend taping the box securely to avoid damage during transit
Returns may be declined if outer packaging is missing or compromised.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or damaged:
Do not accept the package if it appears tampered with.
Record a full unboxing video (from opening the outer package to showing the issue)
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Alwayshue does not cover return shipping charges.
Once your return meets all eligibility and condition requirements, we’ll proceed with your exchange or refund as applicable.
We will provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns. Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
